Our Career Development Coaches help participants:

Each participant receives personalized support that gradually decreases as they build confidence, independence, and workplace skills.
BloomWorks provides hands-on learning in real business environments to build practical workplace skills.
Participants may gain experience in:

Inventory and business operations

Marketing and customer service

Teamwork, leadership, and time management
Through our Wellness Enterprise, participants create handcrafted products while gaining practical skills in production, inventory, logistics, and customer service—preparing them for diverse career opportunities.
